zaha et karl

cutting-edge design stimulating the retail fashion environment: rem koolhaas for prada is one stellar example. but karl lagerfeld – he of the fingerless gloves, diet coke diet, and penchant for pop culture – has engaged pritzker prize winner zaha hadid to collaborate on chanel’s moving exhibition pavilion called Mobile Art. the new twist on retail space will travel across the globe and use hadid’s visionary design to interpret chanel’s iconic quilted bag.
