one of the more exciting things to come out of the already-thrilling brooklyn flea down the street (!) are the map quilts by emily fischer of haptic lab. her tone-on-tone cotton blankets retrace maps of brooklyn neighborhoods, from fort greene to red hook.

pour some sugar on

yvonne nieworth, a graphic designer based in dusseldorf, created a series of packaging for vanilla pudding packets. we love the variations on an unusual theme.

we were unsure about the pebble collection from osko + deichmann, but the more we look at at the colorful, bubbly pieces, the more we want to pat them on the head. which doesn’t mean we’d upholster them in leather.
